Roasting

We have a technically advanced and modern 120kg Probat drum roaster. It is fully computer controlled providing exceptionally consistent roasting and quality.

All our coffees are batch roasted to ensure that each coffee meets our rigorous quality requirements and delivers consistency.

Gravity blends are drum roasted every day in our Auckland production facility and packed immediately to lock in the freshness.

Cupping

Our in-house coffee experts use standard cupping protocols to evaluate the flavour profile of every batch of coffee we roast.

This process makes certain that every coffee we sent out consistently delivers taste and freshness.
